Our Web site has three points of interest for referring physicians to North Jersey Spine Group.

1. Overview of North Jersey Spine Group. This includes information about each of our physicians and how to refer a patient to any of our physicians or directly into our spine-specialized manual therapy department.

2. E-consult. As the expert source for information about all types of back and neck problems, North Jersey Spine Group physicians provide a free service to referring physicians only. We are able to answer physician questions via e-mail through a password protected INTRANET site. If you are a referring physician, you may have already received a letter from North Jersey Spine Group with your password in it. If you are a physician and would like to receive a password so you can communicate through e-mail with any of our physicians, call our office and ask for the nurse. If you already have your password and would like to go to this e-consult page, click here.

3. Clinical outcome and patient severity data. We will be sharing severity data of patients entering North Jersey Spine Group for their first appointment, along with clinical outcome information. You will need your password to access this page.

The purpose of our e-consult service
If you have a patient with a complex back or neck problem who requires surgery or who may need a consult for a complex spine problem, you can now access the expertise of North Jersey Spine Group for the benefit of your patient. Click on the e-consult link to send us an e-mail question about a patient.

Our goal is to provide the most advanced spine care to your patient and then return the patient to your care.
