Dr. Monte Haber is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at North Jersey Spine Group. He is a board-certified Physiatrist with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine. Dr. Haber completed fellowship training in Pain Medicine in Marietta, Georgia. He is also a certified medical Acupuncturist.
Within his role at
the spine center, Dr. Haber's focus of care is interventional pain medicine, he specializes in the assessment, diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of back and neck pain problems. Dr. Haber is proficient in pain-relieving cervical and lumbar spinal injections. He is also skilled in EMG / nerve conduction studies and Musculoskeletal / Orthopedic Rehabilitation.
He has been in practice for over 12 years. Dr. Haber earned his Bachelor of Science from Union College in New York and
attended medical school at Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed
his internship in internal medicine and residency at the Rusk Institute for Rehabilitation
in Manhattan. He then pursued fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Medicine at Michigan State University where he served at a team physician.
Dr. Haber is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a member of the International Spinal Injection Society and the American Medical Association.
